Most of the remaining parties, discos, dinners and various sporting events are devised and arranged by the individual affiliated clubs.

The major Society events include the following:

The Summer Ball is organised in association with The Friends of Brentwood School. The Ball is usually held in the first week of July to coincide with the end of the School year, attracting around 200 people for a wonderful evening's entertainment in a marquee situated within the grounds of the Old Brentwoods Clubhouse.

Famous Members

Old Brentwoods are found in every walk of life, from City Business, to the Arts, Broadcasting, the Church, the Armed Forces, Politics and Sports. As part of the school's Millennium celebrations, it published a book called, "The Best of Days?" which gives a collection of personal memories by some of the school's better known alumni. These include, Sir Hardy Amies, Sir Robin Day, Douglas Adams, Griff Rhys Jones, Noel Edmonds, and Frank Lampard junior.

Masonic Lodge

The Old Brentwoods Masonic Lodge No. 5342 is the only aspect of Old Brentwoods' activities that is exclusive to past pupils of Brentwood School. As with all lodges, members must be male and over 21 years of age.

Bournemouth Lunch Group

Since 2004, a group of Old Brentwoods living within travelling distance of Bournemouth meet twice a year in the Spring and Autumn for a convivial lunch in the Miramar Hotel in Bournemouth.
